Shipping

PRINT ORDERS are printed on demand. Please allow 2-3 days before they are printed, packaged and shipped. 

STICKERS & HATS are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.

CUSTOM/ COMMISSION work takes 5 to 8 weeks for completion. After a commission piece has been completed please allow 1-2 weeks before your item has shipped. This timeline does not begin until the commission is paid in full. If you would like your piece shipped to you sooner, please inquire about expedited shipping. An additional fee will be charged. 

 

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within the first 24 hours unless it has already shipped. If notified before the first 24 hours, you’ll be refunded within 1-2 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Return policy

We do not accept returns on any items.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will re-send any products that arrive broken/missing. Use the contact form to communicate any issues.
